I received an XL. The shirt fits perfect. The length of the shirt is not quite as long as I would like it to. It drops right to my waist line and for 5"10. I like my shirts to fall a little below. But the softness, silky feeling of the shirt makes up for that.
This was the first cooling shirt I've ever worn and I've got to say, I'm impressed. I wore it outside to work in the yard on a cool day, but had I been wearing a typical t-shirt, it definitely would have been soaked with sweat. After a couple hours wearing this shirt, I had a bit of sweat on my chest and some under my arms. I'm considering getting more of these. My only sort of gripes are that I wish it was another inch or two longer, but maybe it would be perfect for someone with a slightly shorted torso. I bought the medium and am 5'10" at 170lbs.
