The blanket is so cold from the moment you take it out of the package, as if they packaged it in Alaska and kept the cool winter breeze snuggled up within the confines of this blanket. Great job to the inventor. Keeps you cool all night especially if you have the fan on. It's super lightweight, VERY soft and the COOLING side really works!! My room gets pretty hot during the summer and it's hard to sleep at night even without any blankets. This blanket keeps me cool throughout the day and night.
