Return Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

All our products come with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Undamaged products may be returned for any reason within this period. We will also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Once the returned item arrives back at Elegear’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Please note that returns must include all accessories.

2. After 30-Day Refund or Exchange

Returns are not accepted after the 30-day timeframe for non-quality issues. However, if the item has a quality-related issue, you can request a refund or exchange within the warranty period.

Return Procedure

Step 1: Initiate returns through our online portal or via email at In your email, include the item(s) you wish to return, the order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item in its current state. For quality issues, provide images of the faulty parts and the cardboard tag. We will process your request within 24 hours.

Step 2:Mail back your item(s) according to the return instructions provided by our service team.

Step 3:Once our warehouse receives and approves your returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 days.


- If the return is due to product quality issues, Elegear will cover the return postage. If it is due to man-made damage during use within the warranty period, the customer is responsible for return postage.

- Do not send returned items to the address on the package. Contact us first to receive the correct return instructions.
- Ensure your item is under warranty before requesting a refund or exchange. Refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.

Refund Timeline

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days)
- Processing time once we receive your return (3-5 business days)
- Time for your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days)
